Stanley W. Gaskill

LAKE ODESSA, MI - Stanley W. Gaskill, age 77 of Lake Odessa went to be with 
his Heavenly father on Friday, August 17, 2018.

Stanley was born on June 2, 1941 to Clayton and Lorene (Tinkler) Gaskill in 
Dowling. On July 19, 1961 he married Marilyn Fisher, and together they had 57 
wonderful years.

He worked for many years at Keeler Brass in lake Odessa as a die cast 
operator and as a security guard in Grand Rapids until his retirement. Stan 
enjoyed riding bicycles, walking and most of all spending time with family 
and friends.

Stan will be dearly missed by his wife, Marilyn; children, Laurie Stuart of 
Lake Odessa, Bill (Rachel) Gaskill of Ionia, Lynda (Matt) Fox of Ionia; 10 
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Diane) Gaskill of 
Holt; special brother-in-law Robert (Nancy) Fisher of Gowen.

Preceding Stan in death were his parents and brother, Leo (Gretchen) Gaskill.

A special thank you to, Dr. Carlson and staff Great Lakes Hospice for the 
care of Stan and the support given the family. The family would also like 
Pastor Jerry Polk his wife Sandy to know how much they appreciate the support 
and love they have shown to them during this difficult time.

Services were held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at the Sebewa Church of God. 
Burial took place in Woodland Memorial Park, Woodland.
