Lake Odessa Wave - Thurs. January 19, 1961

Verda Gattner 76, Died in Lansing

Miss Verda Gattner, 76, of Lansing Ingham County hospital, where she had been a 
patient for several months.

Miss Gattner, a native of Odessa township, she had spent her early life here and 
moved to Lansing about 35 years ago. She was a  member of the Mayflower 
Congregational church, Woman's Society and Choir.

Surviving are one sister Mrs.Anna Haight of Lansing, nieces and  nephews.

Funeral services were held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Estes Leadley Colonial 
Chapel, Lansing with burial in the Lakeside cemetery, Lake Odessa.
