Ionia Sentinel Standard - May 24, 2011


Sherry Jean (Roach) Gault, 64, of Rock Hill, S.C., went to be with Jesus on 
Mother’s Day, May 8, 2011.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Shiloh 
Community Church. Pastor Kenneth Harger will be officiating. 

Born in Ionia, Ms. Gault was a daughter of the later Vern Frederick Roach and 
the later Aileen Francis Wilson Roach Vos. She was employed at the Honda 
Dealership of Rock Hill and attended Impact Church. 

She was a very loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and special friend to 
many people. To know her was to love her.

Surviving are two daughters, Amy Sue Helms of Crystal and Annette Marie Helms 
of Ithaca; three brothers, John Roach of Wichita Falls, Texas, Vern Roach of 
Carmel, Ind., and Von Roach of Ionia; two sisters, Goldie Roach of Rock Hill, 
S.C. and Carol Herzog of Ionia; five grandchildren, Brandon Snyder, Brittin 
Snyder, Kayla Snider, Tyler Farrell and Haley Farrell; and 13 nieces and 
nephews. 

Flowers may be sent to Shiloh Community Church. Arrangements being handled by
