Roy M. Gearhart

Formerly of Lansing

Mr. Roy Gearhart, 63, born March 20, 1912 in Lansing, MI.

Mr. Gearhart had been a resident of Lansing, he was formerly employed at Harvins 
Ice Cream Co and the MSU Dairy Department.

Mr. Gearhart is survived by his wife Florence L.; sons, Roy Junior of Lansing, 
Harvey of Charlotte and Joe of Ogden, Utah. He had 14 grandchildren; 1 great 
grandchild; 5 sisters, Mrs. Mildred Tipton of Florida, Miss Marguerite Gearhart 
of Lansing, Mrs. Alice Judge of Lansing, Mrs. Irene Cowles of alma and Miss 
Edith Gearhart of Flint; one brother, Floyd Gearhart of Lansing.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:30 pm at Gorsline-Runciman funeral home 
in Lansing. Dr. Howard Sugden, of the South Baptist church will officiate. 
Burial will be at East Lawn Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Leo Voss, 
Kenneth Cousins, Edward Senkel, Richard Seldon, Robert Neil, and Roman Schafer.

LYONS- Roy M. Gearhard of route - 1 Lyons died Monday at a Lansing hospital He 
was formerly of Lansing.

Arrangements are being mad by the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing chapel.
