The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, October 10, 1962

Ernest B. Geddie, 69, of Morley died Tuesday morning at Kelsey hospital in 
Lakeview.  He was the son of Frank Geddie who worked at Ionia fire department 
a number of years ago.

Mr. Geddie previously resided in Grand Rapids and Ionia.

He is survived by a son, John of Charlotte; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Reed and 
Mrs. Ina Riffel of Detroit; and a brother, John of Rochester, N.Y.

Funeral services will be conducted at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan 
Thursday at 2 p.m., with burial at Sheridan cemetery.  the Rev. Lee Long of 
Fenwick Methodist church will officiate.
