Ionia Daily Sentinel, 25 Sep 1954

Joseph Gee, 75, Route 1, Lyons, died in Muir Friday noon, September 23.   He 
was born March 12, 1879, in Lyons township, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ezekial Gee 
and was a lifelong resident of Lyons township.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Juanieta Rountree of Lyons and one 
brother, George Gee of Lansing.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Shaw-Rivett 
funeral home.  Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery in Muir.
