     JOYCE ONA GEIGER

Died August 13, 2025-age 94 of Portland.
Born June 10, 1931 to Leslie & Gertrude (Morse) Sykes.
Joyce enjoyed golfing, bowling & swimming in her younger years, playing cards & 
was know as an exceptional quilter.
She was a member of the Women of the Moose in Ionia.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald, grandson, Adam Miller; 
brothers Morse & Joseph, sister, June; ;nephew, Brad Sykes.
Survived by her children, Deborah (Edward) Brown, Suzanne (Bryan) Spitzley & 
Daniel (Twila) Geiger, 8 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren & one on the 
way.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 
2025 at the Ionia Moose Lodge.
