      Excerpts from Ionia Obituary

         Richard Irving Geister

Died. May 12, 2024-age 51 of Ionia,MI
Born December 7, 1972 in International Falls MN, son of Earl Geister & Bonnie 
(Lehman)Young.
Richard worked many years as a Contractor in Muskegon,MI.
He enjoyed fishing, & cooking, talking politics with his family & friends.
Surviving are his children, Richard Isaiah J.Alexander Geister of Traverse City 
& Ila Joy Geister of Big Rapids;Mother, Bonnie Young of Mesick; sisters,Joy 
(Jerry) Thornton of Traverse City & Brenda Geister of Mesick as well as several 
nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by his father, Earl Geister.
Cremation has taken place & there will be a celebration of his life held at 
Robinson Park in Ionia, Saturday, may 18th, at 2:00 PM.
Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.
