Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Apr 1933

Mrs. Charlotte Gemuend, 73 widow of John Albert Gemuend died at her home 202
West Washington street Sunday afternoon following an 11 weeks illness of heart
disease and a stroke.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at
2:30 at the Bradley funeral home.  Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery.

Mrs. Gemuend was born in Jackson.  She had lived in Ionia for a great many
years.  Her husband was a barber and a cigar maker.  She was a member of St.
John’s Episcopal Church.  She leaves one son William Albert Gemuend of Ionia.
