Mrs. Gilbert Gennebaugh, 23, well known resident of Portland township, passed 
away at the home of her sister, Mrs. Charles Gennebaugh, in that township last 
Saturday afternoon, following an operation performed a week or so previous.  
She had been married about a year or so, residing in that community since, and 
her death is a distinct shock to her large circle of friends.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday afternoon from the late residence, with 
Rev. Leo Niles, pastor of the Portland Methodist church, in charge.  Arthur 
Bandfield of Portland is the officiating undertaker, and interment will be 
made in Portland cemetery.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Gamber of Orange township; 
two sisters, Mrs. Charles Ginnebaugh and Mrs. Louis Jones of Portland 
township; one brother, Perry Gamber, of Ionia.
