Ionia Sentinel Standard, 1 Dec 1933

Mrs. Elnora Gerkey, 71, of Clarksville, died Wednesday morning in the Ionia 
hospital, where she had been receiving treatment for 11 days for heart disease.  
The funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at the Wortley and Blaine 
funeral parlors, Lake Odessa.

She was a native of Jackson and had lived there, in Lake Odessa and Clarksville.  
A brother, Allen King, of Woodland, and a sister, Mrs. I. Cunningham, of 
Woodland, survive.
