Sentinel-Standard - Friday, March 31, 1961

Funeral service for Mrs. Martha B. Getz, 66, of 2111 Fernwood street, 
Lansing, will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Estes-Leadley Colonial funeral 
home. The Rev. Donald W. Morrison will officiate.

Mrs. Getz had been a resident of Lansing 45 years and previously lived in 
Ionia. She died Thursday evening at Sparrow hospital.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church.

Surviving are a son, Raymond D. Jahnke of Lansing; two granddaughters; one 
brother, William R. Jahnke; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Hein of St. Petersburg, 
Fla., Mrs. Frank (Minnie) Kelley at Ionia, Mrs. Claude Tow of Grand Rapids, 
Mrs. Clarence Mead of Owosso and Mrs. Anna Ceronsky of Lansing.

Bearers will be Merle Tow, Kenneth Mead, Charles Kelley, Douglas Milliman, 
Gary Heim and David Wood, all nephews of Mrs. Getz. Interment will be at 
Deep Dale cemetery.
