The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, April 25, 1929

Mrs. A. D. Gibson, of Keene township, died at the Greenville hospital 
Wednesday evening where she was taken last week to be operated on for the 
removal of a grown.  As the plans were about complete for the operation, Mrs. 
Gibson suffered a severe sinking spell and the operation was not performed.  
She was about 49 years of age and formerly was a resident of…(illegible)… but 
came to Michigan to live after her marriage.  Besides her husband she leaves 
one son….(illegible)…student at the Ferris institute.
