The Portland Review, Sunday, October 27, 1986

Leo K. Gilbert, 77, of 740 Cross St., Portland, died Oct. 19 at home.  Mr. 
Gilbert was born June 5, 1909, in Eagle, the son of Frank and Maude Reynolds 
Gilbert.  He was a grain elevator operator for the Portland Co-op.

Survivors include his wife, Doris; one stepson, Michael Lorichon of Portland; 
two stepdaughters, Beverly Parkhouse of Portland and Donna Hirschman of 
Florida; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Francis 
Gilbert of Portland; and two sisters, Dorothy Judd and Shirley Urie, both of 
Portland.

Services were held Oct. 21 from the Portland Congregational Church with the 
Rev. Eleanor Morrison officiating.  Interment was in the Portland Cemetery.  
Pallbearers were nephews.  Arrangements were by the Neller Funeral Home, 
Portland.
