Lake Odessa Wave-Wednesday May 19, 1982

HELEN E. GILBERT
SUNFIELD- Helen E. Gilbert, 81, of Route 1, Sunfield, Sebewa Township died May 
12, in Ionia County Memorial Hospital.

She was born August 22, 1902, in Sunfield, the dauhter of henry and Mini Lowe 
Southwell.

She is survived by her husband Burton of Sunfield, two step-sons, Keith Gilbert 
of Lansing and Kenneth Gilbert of Grand Ledge, two grandchildren, four great-
grandchildren, one sister Golda Jackson of Sebewa, and several nieces and 
nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 pm from the Neller Funeral Home, the 
Rev.John Morris of the Sebewa Center Church officiating.

Burial was at the East Sebewa Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the Sebewa Center Church in care of the 
funeral home.
