Funeral services for Theador Gilboe, 90, were held from the Burns Funeral home 
Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Rev. C. E. Davis officiated at the service.  
Mr. Gilboe, who lived alone was found dead in his home near the Hubbardston 
public school Saturday afternoon when his daughter, Mrs. Wm. Welch, went to 
call on him.  Death was thought to be due to old age.

Theador Gilboe was born near Pontiac, Mich., May 24, 1853.  He was united in 
marriage to Althea Sturgis, Oct. 21, 1883.  To this union were born four 
daughters; Mrs. Edward McBride of Pontiac; Mrs. James Fee of Flint; Mrs. Frank 
Kunzi of Muir and Mrs. Wm. Welch of Hubbardston.  He also has 16 living 
grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  He has been a resident of 
Hubbardston about 60 years.
