Excerpts from Obituary;
CHARLES H. GILELR JR.
Died March 6, 2017-age 83 in Grand Ledge, MI.
Born September 29, 1933 in Ionia, MI.  
Retired from Stare of Michigan MDOT Bridge Design. 
Veteran of U.S. Army during Korean Conflict.
Member of Grand Ledge Masonic Lodge #179, F&A.M., and First congregational 
United Church of Christ.
Charles was a talented artist in oil painting & enjoyed time at Horsehead Lake.
Survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brother, and 2 
sisters-in-law.
Preceded in death by his wife, Connie in 2015, brother Brendford, sisters Ariel 
Giller & DeAnna Westlund. 
Memorial Service Friday, March 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Peters & Murray Funeral 
home, Grand Ledge. Visitation one hour prior to service.
Military graveside services to follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge.
