Orley A. Gilliland, resident of Odessa township most of his life, died Sunday 
night at his home in Lansing.  He was 63 years old.

Mr. Gilliland was born in Odessa township and lived there until seven years ago 
when he moved to Lansing.

Surviving are his wife, Florence; a daughter, Teressa Holdridge; two sons, 
Bernard and Russell of Lansing; three sisters, Fern Carrothers of Grand Rapids, 
Orpha Hubbard of Saranac and Mrs. Berma Nabber of San Diego, Calif.

A prayer service will be held at the home in Lansing Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.  
Services will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. from the Pickens funeral chapel, 
Lake Odessa with burial in Lakeside cemetery.
