Gilmore, aged 76 years and 33 days. Deceased was born at Perry, Wyoming Co., New York, December 18, 1824, where she lived until her marriage with Ira L. Gilmore on January 1, 1846. In July, 1847, they came to Lyons, where they have resided ever since. At the age of 13 Mrs. Gilmore united with the Baptist church of Perry, New York, and soon after arriving here she became a member of the church of that denomination, and remained faithful to its teachings all through her life. For many years deceased was a great sufferer, but through it all she was cheerful and never lost faith in the love of her Master. Deceased leaves an aged husband, four daughters, seven grandchildren and a sister to mourn her death. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the home, conducted by Rev. W. P. Tompkins.
