          JOHN GILSON DEAD

      (Sunfield Correspondence)

   John Gilson died at his home in Sunfield Tuesday from a paralytic stroke.  He was
72 years old: a kind loving 
father, and an old-time musician who held the deepest respect and esteem of the
community in which he 
lived.  He was a manager for Esley & Sweitze, implement dealers at Woodbury, at the
time of his death.  Wm. 
Gilson of this place is a brother. The funeral will be held Friday from the home,
and the remains will be 
interred in Lakeside cemetery.
