Gladding, 6, died Sunday at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was born May 6, 1889, in Fairplains Township in Montcalm county and had been a lifelong resident of East vicinity. She was a member of the Clear Lake United Brethren church. In 1907 she was married to Pearl Gladding who survived her. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Hans Christensen of Ionia, Mrs. Sam Stowell of Palo and Mrs. Frederick McGowan of Greenville; five sons, Stanley of R.F.D. Orleans, William of R.F.D. Fenwick, Ferd of Greenville, Richard of Fenwick and Cecil of Saranac; 31 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The body reposes at the Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan and funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Clear Lake United Brethren church near Fenwick with the Rev.
