Ionia Sentinel Standard, 9 Nov 1973

Stanley Jay Glazier, 63, died in Grand Rapids Thursday following a brief 
illness from a heart condition.  Born May 28, 1910, in Muir, he was a son of 
James and Addie Glazier and attended school in Muir before serving in United 
States Navy during World War II.

He was employed for many years in the Flint area as a journeyman electrician.

Surviving members of the family include a son Delmar of Flint; two brothers, 
Don of Palo and Wallace of Saginaw, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Brenner of 
Alma.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. November 10 at Muir cemetery.  Rev. 
Richard Harrison of Lyons Baptist church officiating.  Funeral arrangements are 
under the auspices of Hull Memorial chapel in Muir.
