At the age of 24 she was married to Roy Gleason to whom she was a faithful and devoted helpmate until his death about two years ago. Their one child, Harold, is the sole survivor of the once happy family. She was a dutiful and worthy daughter, a loyal wife, and a loving mother. Her scores of friends in Belding and elsewhere, who are so saddened at her premature parting from them, testify to this tribute of praise, for to them she was in many ways a friend who proved herself friendly, affectionate, warm- hearted and true. Besides her little son, Harold, she leaves a mother and many other near relatives and dear friends to mourn their untimely loss. The funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George R. Gleason Friday morning, conducted by Associated Bible Students’ lecturer, L. N. Grant, of Grand Rapids. Interment in city cemetery.
