The Ionia Standard, Friday, June 18, 1897


Charles Golden died at his home in South Ionia Wednesday, he was aged 30 
years.  Deceased was a cigar maker by trade, and worked for G. F. Faude up to 
two months ago, when his ailment, consumption, took on a more serious turn.  
The funeral will be on Sunday afternoon next, at two o’clock.
