Kenneth L. Goodell, 84, of Barefoot Bay, Fla., died March 15, 2001 at his 
residence after a prolonged illness.  He was born Jan. 11, 1917, in Saranac 
and moved to Barefoot Bay in 1978 from Birmingham.  

Mr. Goodell retired from L. B. Foster Corp. in Detroit.  He was a life member 
of the Elks in Sebastian and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are one brother, Don Goodell of Saranac; and one sister, Esther 
Stebbins of Saranac. 

At the family’s request, there was no repose of visitation.  No services were 
scheduled.  Donations may be made to the Micco Volunteer Fire Department, 301 
Barefoot Blvd., Barefoot Bay, Fla. 32976, in Mr. Goodell’s memory.  Cremation 
services were provided by Indian River Cremation, Vero Beach.
