Clara E. Goodman, age 83, of Ionia, passed away Monday, Nov. 8, 2004.  She was 
born Dec. 18, 1920 in Phillipsburg, N.J., the daughter of Garrett and Marian 
(Stacer) Cavanaugh.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond D. 
Goodman.

Surviving are her children, Richard (Tina) Goodman of North Carolina, Raymond 
Goodman of Greenville, Gayle (William) England of Oklahoma, Kathleen Goodman of 
Washington, D.C., Deborah (Tom) Edmond of Ionia, and Glenn (Laura) Goodman of 
Greenville; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers 
who reside in New Jersey.

A private memorial service will be held.  Arrangements are entrusted to the 
Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia.
