Ionia Daily Sentinel, 1 Mar 1917

Burdette E. Goodwin died Tuesday night at 9:30 o’clock at his home in Easton
township.  He was 73 years old and leaves a wife and two sons – Clare and Roy,
both residents of the same township.  The family has lived there for 12 years. 
There is also a brother, Marcellus Goodwin.  The funeral will be held at 2
o’clock, fast time, Friday afternoon, at the Easton church.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Easton Cemetery.]
