Ionia Sentinel, 6 Oct 1969

Mrs. Barbara Goossen, 92, of Long Beach, Calif., died September 29 in a Long 
Beach nursing home following a lengthy illness.

Born January 23, 1877 in Campbell township, she was the daughter of Josiah and 
Mary Mohler Winey.  She was married to Henry Goossen, who died in Detroit in 
1945.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Celina Hazen of Plainwell.

Committal services will be on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Pickens funeral chapel in 
Lake Odessa with interment at Lakeside cemetery.
