The Belding Banner-News, 6 September 1962


Percy T. Gould, 87, died Aug. 30 at the Blodgett Hospital, in Grand Rapids.  He 
was born in Dryden, April 8, 1875.

Mr. Gould came to Belding in 1941 from Detroit where he had been employed with 
Campbell-Ewald Advertising Agency and later formed his own advertising company.

In Belding he was Justice of the Peace for several years and also was employed 
by Grand Trunk Railroad.  He was a member of the First Congregational Church.

Surviving are his wife Hariett, and one daughter, Jayne Haller of Livonia.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Huffman Funeral home with burial 
in River Ridge Cemetery.  Rev. Thomas Rebentisch officiated.
