The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, October 18, 1971
Mabel B. Gould, of Liberty street, Saranac, died Sunday in Ionia County 
Memorial hospital at 93 years of age.

Born in Boston township, August 19, 1878 she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
John R. Gould, and lived in Saranac all of her adult life where she attended 
schools and worked as a housekeeper for many of the area homeowners.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1:30 pm October 20 at Morris-Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac with Rev. John Hancock of Saranac community church officiating.  

Burial will be in South Boston cemetery.
