Ionia County News - Thursday, Dec. 11, 1930

Funeral was held yesterday afternoon at Harbor Springs for Mrs. George Gould, 
54, a native of Berlin township who died Monday in the Petoskey hospital.

Mrs. Gould graduated with the class of 195 from Saranac High school and then 
taught school a time previous to her marriage. After marriage she made her home 
in Grand Rapids and then in Harbor Springs.

While a resident in this county she was active in grange work and was also a 
member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Woman's club at Harbor Springs.

She leaves her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Helen Nelson, of Frankfort, and 
Miss Natalee Gould, at home; a brother, Hal Patrick of Berlin; two 
grandchildren and three nieces.
