Graff, 67, of Ionia, died Sunday at Pine Rest sanitarium, Grand Rapids, and funeral services will be held at two o’clock Wednesday afternoon December 31 from the Fales funeral home in Belding with burial at Oak Hill cemetery, Ionia. Miss Graff was the daughter of Frederick and Anna Mutschler Graff, of Ionia, and was born here November 2, 1868. She received her early education in the Ionia public schools where she taught in the primary grades for a time. Miss Graff was graduated from the King school of oratory and dramatic art at Pittsburgh and taught oratory and dramatic art at Antioch college, Yellow Springs, O., for several years. About 1900 she went to the Ossining School for Girls at Ossining, N.Y., where she taught for thirty years. For a time before she retired from active work in her profession she taught in the Romeo schools, and was supervisor of girls camps in Washington, D.C., and in Maine. Surviving her are two brothers, Herbert, of Washington, D.C., and Charles F., of Belding, Rt. 2.
