She was united in marriage to Jeremiah Graham July 4, 1837. Six children were born to them, three dying in infancy. The family located in Hubbardston 30 years ago. The husband and father died February 9, 1898. Mrs. Graham resided with her daughter, Mrs. Ella Clark, about 27 years. For the next two years her home was with her son, Wellington Graham. After this for six months she resided at the home of T.S. Strickling, Sr., and the following six months she was cared for at the home of G.E. Strickling. She left the latter place to go to the home of her only surviving child, Mrs. Ella Clark, three weeks previous to her death. Besides the one daughter she is survived by six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Of the relatives, the daughter, and two grandsons, A.E. Clark of this place, and Herman W. Smith of Detroit were present at the funeral service, the balance residing at too great a distance to attend. The funeral services were held at the M.E. church in Hubbardston, Tuesday, October 19, Rev. W.S. Phillips officiating. There were a large number of floral pieces. The choir consisted of Mrs. Fred Gardner, Mrs. O.C. Townsend, Hayden Smith and G.E. Strickling, Mrs. Ada Reed playing the accompaniment. Interment made was in the west side cemetery.
