William M. Graham, 81, of Ionia, died Monday morning, September 21 at 6 o’clock 
at his home on 425 Forrest street, after a short illness.

He was born in Doylestown, O., April 9, 1855 and moved to Michigan when he was 
two years old.  For 58 years he lived on a farm in Bloomer township in Montcalm 
county.  The last 12 years he has spent in Ionia.  He married Rebecca Goody 
April 9, 1891.

He is survived by his wife, three sons, Milton and Leon of Ionia; Clare of 
Columbus, O., and a daughter Ella Thompson of Shephard.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, September 23, at 2 o’clock 
at the Boynton funeral chapel with Rev. M.W. Duffey officiating.  Interment 
will be in the Palo cemetery.
