Ionia County News-Thurs. Dec. 12, 1940

DONALD GRANT
Donald Grant, 29 son of Herbert R. Grant passed away at Pennock hospital, Hastings,
after being admitted the night before seriously ill from a severe stroke. He leaves his
wife, Elizabeth Bidelman Grant, and one daughter, Jacqueline. His mother, Lella Randall
Grant, passed away in July, 1939.

Besides his father, Herbert R. Grant, he leaves two sisters, Mary and Louise, at
home; a brother, James Ward Grant, of Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 13, at 2:00 p.m. at the Herbert Grant
residence south of Clarksville. Burial at Clarksville cemetery.
