Mrs. Theodorsia Caroline Grant, 61 years old, and wife of Lester Grant, passed 
away at her home, 393 Champion street, Friday morning at 7:00 o’clock, after a 
long illness.  Funeral services will be private and will be held from the 
residence Sunday afternoon at o’clock.  Rev. F. H. Bodman will officiate and 
the remains will be taken to Detroit for cremation.  Friends are quested to 
omit flowers.

Lester Grant and family were former and highly respected residents of our city 
and Mrs. Grant’s many friends in Belding will sorrow with the bereaved family 
in learning of her death.

Mrs. Grand was a woman of most estimable character and sterling worth, always 
standing for the best in life.  She was closely connected with all of the 
activities of the Congregational church, head officer of the Royal Neighbors 
for a long time and a member of the woman’s club and many an old time friend 
will most sincerely sympathize with the family at this parting in life’s ways.
