Clarksville - Mrs. Catherine W. Grawburg, 67, 188 Cross St., died at her home
Monday night.  She was born in Alto, June 23, 1911, the daughter of Ferdinand
and Anna Wittenbach Wingeier.  A graduate of Freeport high school, she married
Fred Grawburg in 1940 in Belmont, Ontario.  A lifelong resident of the
Clarksville area, she moved to the village six years ago and was an active
member of the Apostolic Christian church in Alto.

Survivors include her husband Fred; three sons Ferdinand of Clarksville; John of
Lakeview and Edwin of Lake Odessa; one brother Philip Wingeier of Sarasota,
Florida; six sisters Anna, Margaret and Christine Wingeier of Alto; Mrs. Clara
Kimball of East Jordan; Mrs. Delilah Schrenk of Alto and Mrs. Hulda Flichter of
Bluffton, Indiana and six grandchildren.

Services are Thursday at 11 am in Apostolic Christian church in Alto with burial
in Bowne Mennonite Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and relatives at
the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel in Clarksville Tuesday 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
