Gray, 332 North Dexter street, on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. Rev. M. H. Garrard, pastor of the Church of Christ, officiated. The bearers were Arthur Winchell, Jay Eddy, Wallace Weirs, John Witzel, Leslie Rice, and Bert Watkins. Burial took place in Lakeside cemetery at Lake Odessa. Words cannot express my thanks to Warden Burns for his kindness and fatherly interest he took in my son while he was kept at the hospital. He could receive no better kindness than he received there; also Dr. Huntley gave him every care and attention for his comfort and no mother need ever fear for a son that is under Warder Burns or Dr. Huntley for they will receive every reward that they are worthy of. Warden Burns and Dr. Huntley, also the boys of the hospital, accept a mother’s thanks. Mrs. M. S. Gray Subsequent Publication: Saturday, December 31, 1921 Card of Thanks: I wish to thank each and all for their kind help and sympathy to my son and myself during his accident and death for all their kindness, especially Miss Wetterling, his nurse, for her untiring devotion to him, and for the beautiful floral pieces. Also the bearers, his boy friends. And those who furnished cars accept our thanks. Mrs. M. S. Gray, Mother Garold V.
