The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, March 28, 1956
Mrs. Rilley Gray, 86, of Sunfield died Tuesday morning at the Greenfield 
convalescent home in Hastings where she had been a patient for the past eight 
weeks.  Born August 7, 1869 in Indiana, and the daughter of Henry and Sarah 
Aungst, she came to Sebewa township when a child.  Married to Chester Gray, 
April 24, 1885, they had resided at their present farm home for the past forty 
years.  Surviving are her husband Chester, nieces and nephews.

The body is at the Pickens funeral chapel, where services will be held 
Thursday afternoon, March 29 at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Duane McNeil, pastor 
of the Sebewa Baptist church officiating.  Interment will be in Sunfield 
cemetery.
