Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 20 Nov 1957

Private funeral services for Mrs. Helen A. Green, 82, of Union street, who died 
Saturday morning, were held at her residence Tuesday at 1 p.m.  The Rev. Heath 
Goodwin, pastor of the First Methodist church officiated.  Interment was in 
Highland Park Mausoleum.  Bearers were Don R. Mitchell, Wilson Dalzell, William 
Ward, Leon Lockwood, Edwin Houghton and Geer H. Smith.

Attending from away were Mr. and Mrs. Howard C. Lawrence of Grand Rapids and 
Mr. and Mrs. Amos VanWagoner of Lake Orion.

Fred Bradley, grandson of Mrs. Green left Japan by plane for the services, but 
due to weather conditions, still has not arrived in Ionia.
