DANIEL B. GREEN
LAKE ODESSA - Daniel B. Green, 84, a retired Woodland farmer, died early Thursday 
morning in Kissimmee, Fla..

Mr. Green left Woodland with his wife and arrived in Florida October 2, and was
taken to the hospital Saturday. For the past several years they had spent the winters in
Florida.

He was born in New York March 7, 1875, the son of John and Cynthia (Coolbaugh)Green,
and came to the Woodland area when he was nine years old.

He was a member of the Woodland United Brethren church.

Surviving besides his wife, Florence, are on son, Ward of Woodland; two
granddaughters; three great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs.Nettie Wellman of Jackson.

The body of Mr. Green will arrive at Lake Odessa early Sunday morning.  Services
will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m., from the Pickens funeral chapel. Burial will be at the 
Woodland Memorial cemetery.
