GREEN, ELIZABETH B. (HERMAN) (MRS. URIAH):
   IONIA STANDARD, MI, June 3, 1892:  "Mrs. Elizabeth Green died yesterday at
the home of her daughter, Mrs. Orville North.  She was 86 years of age and one
of the pioneer residents of the county.  She leaves 2 sons and 5 daughters: 
William Green of Buffalo, NY; Andrew of Cascade, Kent Co.; Mrs. Catherine Rowley
and Mrs. O. North of this city; Mrs. Albert Rowley of Otisco; Mrs. Fletcher
Reasoner of Carson City; Mrs. Robert Fleming of Easton.  Funeral will be held
Saturday.

   Per THE IONIA SENTINEL, THURSDAY, JUNE 9, 1892:  "Mrs. Elizabeth B. Green,
widow of Uriah Green, died last Thursday at the residence of Orville North, aged
86 years.  She was born at Canajoharie, N. Y., and has been a resident of Ionia
for 30 years.  She leaves five daughters and two sons - Mrs. Orville North and
Mrs. George Rowley of this city, Mrs. Albert Rowley of Belding, Mrs. Robert
Fleming of Easton, Mrs. Fletcher Reasoner of Carson City, Andrew Green of
Cascade and Wm. Green of Buffalo.  The funeral was held on Saturday."

   Per THE IONIA SENTINEL, Thursday, June 16, 1892:  "Mr. and Mrs. Orvill North
desire THE SENTINEL to give expression to their appreciation of the kindness of
neighbors and friends on the occasion of the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Green, and
also Warden Parsell of the S. H. of C. who sent beautiful flowers in abundance."
