Lake Odessa Wave - Times - December 23, 1925
               DIED SUDDENLY OF NEURALGIA OF HEART

ONE ILL A FEW HOURS.  WORKED IN CONDENSARY, FUNERAL SATURDAY

                                     ----------

   Hurd Green, a long time resident of Lake Odessa, died Wednesday morning, at his
home, in the northern 
part of town.

   Mr. Greeen was taken ill between one and two o'clock in the morning, with a pain
in his side, his wife applied 
home remedies but these failing to relieve him a physician was called who remained
until he was better, than 
went home, but was called soon after as Mr. Green became worse, and at about seven
o'cock he passed 
away.  Mr. Green was 63 years old.

   Mr. Green has been an employee of the local Condensary for years, has been a
quiet man, beloved by his 
family and friends.  He leaves a heartbroken wife and three daughters, who have the
sympathy of many 
friends.

   The funeral will be held Saturday, probably at the house, at 10 o'clock.
