J. Bandfield & Son, where it will lie in state until Sunday, when funeral services will be held at the Methodist church at 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon. The remains of the young man will be laid be3side that of his mother in Portland cemetery. Roy Green was born in Orange and spent his boyhood and young manhood in that township until he entered the service in September 1917. After spending some time at Camp Custer he went overseas with Co. D, 126th infantry. In September 1918 his father received word that he had been killed while in action on August 1 of that year, that being the same engagement in which Clarence Ward, a member of the same company, lost his life. Besides the father he is survived by a sister and brother, Mrs. Blanche Goodenough of Odessa and Floyd Green of Orange.
