Ruby Marie (Smith) Greenhoe passed away Jan. 9, 2015, at Westview Manor in
McGregor, Texas.  She married Roy William Greenhoe on June 30, 1947.

He preceded her in death.  Also preceding her in death were her father, Alton
Smith; her mother, Esther L. Elliott; a grandson, Landon Greenhoe; a brother and
a sister; and several nieces and nephews.

Ruby lived in Ionia, Michigan, until she moved to Texas in 2005.  She worked as
a clerk at Western Auto, and then worked at Fred’s Grocery in Ionia until
retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Terri Way and husband, Rev. Greg Way; two sons,
Ryan Greenhoe and wife Christina of Ionia, Steven Greenhoe of Ionia; and one
granddaughter, Pam Seeley and husband Rob of Fenwick.  Ruby also left behind
three great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and many nieces,
nephews and friends.

Services will be Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich St.,
Ionia, Michigan, at 11 a.m.  Rev. Greg Way of First United Methodist Church of
Moody, Texas will be officiating.  Internment will be at Balcom Cemetery.  The
family will be at the funeral home at 10 a.m. before the Memorial Service to
receive friends and family.
