The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, May, 2009

David Barclay Gregory, aged 60, of Lake Odessa, left this mortal life and went 
to eternal glory on May 7, 2009.

He was born Oct. 8, 1948 in Miami, Fla., the son of Vernon and Ramona (Orr) 
Gregory. He married Vickie Lee Bruce May 25, 2000. He was a member of Masonic 
Lodge 231 in Middleville. David was also a member of Shriners and a member of 
St. John Apostle Episcopal Church.

He is survived by his loving wife Vickie Lee Gregory of Lake Odessa; sons 
Stephen Gregory of Lake Odessa, Matthew Gregory of Lake Odessa, Justin Gregory 
of Orleans and Michael Gregory LCPL of Orleans; stepchildren Tammy (Jeff) 
Stierle of Hastings, Martin (Jill) Landes of Holland, Jessica (Joel) Sayer of 
Woodland and Adam (Elizabeth) Landes of Lowell; grandchildren Anastasia, Jade, 
Tanner, William, Clayton, Martin and Mason with 2 more on the way; sister 
Sherri (Herbert) Pruett; Barbara Lee's 5 nieces and 2 nephews of California 
and many aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and uncles.

A Requiem Mass with Masonic Rites will be held at St John The Apostle 
Episcopal Church in Ionia at 4 p.m. Tuesday May 12, 2009 with Rev. Dr. John E. 
Crean Jr. officiating. Funeral arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. 
Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to American Diabetes 
Association or St. John's Episcopal Church.
