The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, July 29, 1976

Richard Grescowle, 67, of Dimondale, formerly of Ionia, died late Tuesday 
afternoon at Ionia Memorial hospital.  Born in Ohio April 3, 1908, he was the 
son of Anthony and Cecelia Grescowle.  He was a graduate of SS Peter and Paul 
academy in Ionia and was employed in Lansing at Fisher Body.

Surviving besides his wife the former Isabelle Marchbank; are a daughter, Mrs. 
Janet Reed of South Bend, Ind.; son, Richard of Lansing; seven grandchildren; 
two sisters, Mrs. Helen Mann and Mrs. Margie Klein of Ionia.

Services will be conducted at St. Gerard Catholic church in Lansing Friday at 
10 a.m.  Rosary will be recited Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Berl-Field 
funeral home at Dimondale.  Interment will be at the Mt. Olivet cemetery in 
Ionia.
