Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 20 Jan 1958

Funeral service for Miss Mary E. Grieves, 87, of 110 East Washington street,
Ionia, was held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Boynton’s funeral home.  She died
Thursday at the Ionia County Memorial hospital.  The Rev. Heath Goodwin of the
First Methodist church officiated, and interment was at the family lot in
Highland Park cemetery.  Bearers were Loren C. Grieves Jr., Jackson Almendinger,
Ward LaVean and Garth LaVean.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Loren C. Grieves Jr. of Northville,
Mr. and Mrs. Jackson Almendinger of Wayne, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Almendinger of
Dearborn, and Mrs. and Mrs. Jack Bush of Coopersville.
