Bertha Grieves aged 88 of Lowell, MI passed away November 29, 2006.  She was 
born October 11, 1918 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Clifford and Wilma 
(McIntyre) Weesner.  She was a past member of the VFW of Saranac.  She 
graduated from Saranac High School in 1936.  She married Phillip Grieves 
December 13, 1940 in Belding who preceded her in death April 15, 2006.

Bertha is survived by children: Ann and Dennis Meyers of Florida, Greg and 
Vickey Grieves of Saranac, Clifford and Sonja Grieves of Zeeland, Helen and 
John Sterzick of Lowell, Jeff and Liz Grieves of Pennsylvania, and Cheryl and 
Jack Wustman of Saranac.  She is preceded in death by grandson Kenyon in 1997 
and granddaughter Kylie Grieves.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Lake Funeral Home in 
Saranac with Mr. Bruce Chadwick officiating.  The family will receive friends 
and relatives 4:00-7:00 P.M., Friday at the funeral home.  Anyone wishing to 
make memorial contributions to Hospice of Michigan.
