Sarah (Sally) Jane Grieves, of Saranac, aged 82, passed away Dec. 10, 2007. 
She was born Aug. 1, 1925 in Byron Center the daughter of Vernon and Mary 
(Pullen) Bigelow.

She is survived by her children Chris (Pam) Grieves, Lori Rairigh and Peggy 
McBride; grandchildren Bryan (Ashley) McMahon, Dave Grieves, Pat Grieves and 
Sarah McBride; great-grandchildren Caelyn McMahon and Bryce Gunderman; 
brothers Dan (Barb) Bigelow and Pat (Mary) Bigelow and many nieces, nephews 
and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bryce; parents; sister, Molly Dadd; 
brothers Vern, Don and Wes Bigelow and son-in-law Roger Rairigh.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac 
with Rev. Ken Harger officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday at the 
funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to: 
Saranac Fire Department, Hospice of West Michigan or American Diabetes 
Association.
